MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DESIGN COMMITTEE
350 BLEECKER STREET APARTMENT CORP.
May 16, 2007

A meeting of the Design Committee of 350 Bleecker Street Apartment Corp. was held on May 16, 2007 at 6:30 PM at 350 Bleecker Street, New York, New York. Present were Robert Coviello, Maura Geils, Lauren Heidenry, Robinson Holloway, Jim Kafadar and Sue Kobin.

1) The lobby desk was agreed upon with the provision of a frosted glass top
held by stainless pegs or a stainless inset channel.

The glass should be frosted on one side. Maura Geils is communicating with
Falcon Perspective to get wood samples, a revised rendering showing the
glass and the railing proposal. The railing will match the door handles
   on the lobby entrance doors.

2) The wall covering that was voted upon in March will be installed on the south
wall of the lobby. Rob Geils will show it to all board members in order to
get input and proceed with installation rather than wait until the next board
   meeting in June.

3) Sue Kobin is working with Roche Bobois to see if they will do a furniture
installation in our lobby. If not, we will proceed with the ordering of the
Fabien Baron B3 chairs that were voted upon in March's meeting.

4) Hallway ideas were discussed and one idea was proposed by Robinson Holloway.
All members are welcome to bring forth visual content sample choices that can
then be presented to the design committee and the board of directors for
approval. Being a large, costly, and time consuming job, it is being proposed
to do it in stages, i.e. a few floors at a time.

5) Lighting was discussed. Jim Kafadar is working on finding out what type of
electrical current our hallways can handle in order to determine new lighting
fixtures in the hallways. Moving Time Warner molding higher with an uplight
behind it was discussed as were drywall over the faux brick next to the
elevators. Sconces were suggested next to the elevators also.

The meeting was adjourned approximately 7:20 PM.

Our next design meeting is scheduled for June 6th at 7:00 p.m. in the gym.

   lighting to provide accent light.

4. A tentative color scheme for the hallways was discussed:
black and white and red -- ivory walls, salt and pepper carpeting, and either
