It is urgent that immediately after the next hard rain everyone check their walls and ceilings to be sure no leaks appear. If there is any dampness at all (run your fingers over the likely spots) please fill in the form below and put it in the "Maintenance" box in the mail room immediately.

Our construction project, except for the lobby level walls, is almost finished. It is urgent that we know of any more leaks. Otherwise there may be substantial further damage. Likely places to check include:

The only alternative to "self inspection" would be entry by the engineer into every apartment. It would be expensive and intrusive to do this, so we'd like to avoid it.
