The board met on March 14, 2000. Among the issues discussed:

INTERIOR RENOVATION

Zen Libowicz of KRA (the architecture and engineering firm) researched carpet samples to discover the identity of our carpet. It seems to be "Wunda Weve Commercialî Chagall 4211 and Monet 4209, by Mohawk. It is still being manufactured. Mark Lilien will get the price for replacement of the worn and stained sections.

Rifat Otovic researched the custom paint formula for the apartment doors. It is a mixture of 7 different ingredients. Through trial and error, he recreated the color, which will be used for touchs-ups where appropriate.

The identity of the carpet and the exact custom paint color formula were both lost some time ago.

GARDEN COMMITTEE

Laura Herbert volunteered to chair the Garden Committee this year. If you'd like to join the group, please call her at 645 1746 or e-mail her at laura@nickmail.com. The board voted unanimously to increase the garden budget to $2,400.

GARAGE LEASE

The board voted unanimously to allocate $5,000 for legal and accounting research related to the garage lease.
