350 BLEECKER STREET CO-OP NEWSLETTER
NUMBER 132
February 22, 2001

The Board met on February 13, 2001. Among the issues discussed:

HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE

Al Del Vecchio has been negotiating with ADI, a firm that might install wireless service for people who subscribe individually. The firm would install a transmitter on each floor of the building. ADI may attempt to survey the building to see if there is any interest in their service.

Time Warner Road Runner service is now available for people with cable TV. One board member, Keith Hutchinson, and at least one other resident, Murray Strelitz, installed it. Both say the service has been excellent.

Some other people in the building have ADSL, from Verizon, Telocity, and possibly other providers. Generally these customers, Mark Lilien, for example, report multiple installation delays and occasional outages.

1098 FORMS

Every shareholder should have received a 1098 form. If you have not received yours, please call Steve Lyon, CPA, at Marin and Montanye, (516) 625 3700, ext. 206.

APARTMENTS FOR SALE

If you have an apartment to sell, it can be listed for free on the building web site, 350Bleecker.com. Just contact Mark Lilien (212) 929 4619, and your apartment will be listed for free in the Newsletter and on the website. Numerous apartments have been sold to people who already own apartments in the building.

Apartment 5N, a 1-bedroom, is for sale for $350,000. Contact Amanda Brown (212) 727 9835.

AIR CONDITIONER DRAFTS

If your a/c unit leaks cold air during the winter, you can stop the draft with a quilted insulated liner. Call Jebb Products at 718 855 1133.
