          IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among counsel for the parties listed below that the briefing schedule set forth in the Case Management Order, dated January 12, 2001 be modified, subject to Court approval, as follows:

          1.     Plaintiff Bleecker Charles Corporation shall serve its motion for summary judgment so as to be received in hand on or before March 8, 2001; and

          2. Additional Counterclaim Defendant, Bleecker Parking Corporation, shall serve its motion for summary judgement, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before March 8, 2001.

          3. Defendant shall serve its answering papers and cross-motion, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before April 9, 2001.

          4. Plaintiff shall serve its reply, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before May 9, 2001.

          5. Additional Counterclaim Defendant, Bleecker Parking Corporation, shall serve its reply, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before May 9, 2001.

          6. Defendant shall serve its reply if any, to Plaintiff's response to Defendant's cross-motion so as to be received in hand on or before June 11, 2001.

          7. Defendant shall serve its reply, if any, to Additional Counterclaim Defendant's response to Defendant's cross-motion so as to be received in hand on or before June 11, 2001.
