          IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and among counsel for the parties listed below that the briefing schedule set forth in the Case Management Order dated January 12, 2001 and modified by Court Order dated February 14, 2001, be modified, subject to Court approval. as follows:

          1.     Plaintiff Bleecker Charles Corporation shall serve it motion for summary judgment so as to be received in hand on or before March 15, 2001; and

          2.     Additional Counterclaim Defendant, Bleecker Parking Corporation, shall serve its motion for summary judgement, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before March 15, 2001.

          3.     Defendant shall serve its answering papers and cross-motion, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before March 9, 2001.

          4.     Plaintiff shall serve its reply, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before June 11, 2001.

          5.     Additional Counterclaim Defendant, Bleecker Parking Corporation, shall serve its reply, if any, so as to be received in hand on or before June 11, 2001.

          6.     Defendant shall serve its reply if any, to Plaintiffs response to Defendant's cross-motion so as to be received in hand on or before June 18, 2001.

          7.     Defendant shall serve its reply, if any, to Additional Counterclaim Defendant's response to Defendant's cross-motion so as to be received in hand on or before June 18, 2001.
