CARPETING POLICY

The floors of each apartment must be covered with rugs or carpeting with heavy padding on at least 80% of the floor area of each room excepting only kitchens, bathrooms and closets. The stove may not have a 24 hour, continuous burning gas pilot light.

The initial carpet/stove inspection is free. Each failed inspection is subject to a $250 fee.
